iPhones use the iOS architecture to store the data entirely on an internal memory chip. Your memory chip will vary in size but the process of storing the data itself is similar regardless of the model. The latest iPhone models also utilize instant encryption of the data prior to it being written to the internal memory chip. This data protection technique makes data recovery nearly impossible if the device is severely physically damaged. There are exceptions to what is possible, please contact us to see if data can be recovered in your situation.
Android Phones
Unlike iPhones, the Android architecture allows for different types of internal data storage which are memory chips, microSD cards, and SIM cards. Our engineers are able to read data from all of these technologies even if the phone is not powering on or if it is severely damaged
Other Mobile Devices
We offer recovery from many other devices as well. Such as older cell phones, Windows devices, and Blackberry. Give us a call so we can discuss your options.
